RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Hopefully you love it, if not, you have 25 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return. Shipping is complimentary on all returns and exchanges within the United States. If you are based outside the US, you will need to pay return shipping, taxes and duties. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in all original THALE BLANC packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Email info@thaleblanc.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, receive a return shipping label and send your item(s) back to us within 25 days of receiving your order. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

  • If you wish to exchange for another item, just let us know what you prefer and we will update you on availability within 24 hours, M-F.
  • We will issue you a RA number and receipt, please print and include in the box with your shipment.
  • We will issue you a return shipping label, just simply print and adhere to the outside of the box. You can drop off at the closest facility. Make sure to always get the return label scanned upon drop off to ensure the package is safely returned.
  • By making the RA request, you are agreeing to our RETURN POLICY. You will then receive an email with your RA number and receipt.

 

To ensure your return is covered, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Orders sent back from a different country may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs. We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we cannot accept liability.

 

REFUNDS

Once received at the return location, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your THALE BLANC account. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through THALE BLANC. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly, however this may not be available for all countries.

 

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all THALE BLANC tags still included. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please take care when trying items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition, tags and packaging included. Returns must include the dust bag and box (where applicable), as these are considered part of the product. Please return the item in the original packaging and box to prevent damage during shipping. If your bag includes any protective film, please only remove once you are certain that you wish to keep the item.

LATE RETURNS Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 25 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

PRE-ORDERS Since these items are special ordered for the customer, a refund can only be issued as store credit to your THALE BLANC account.

GIFTS To arrange a gift return, please email info@thaleblanc.com and we will assist you further. Gifts are only eligible for store credit, for the original purchase amount, to your THALE BLANC account. Refunds for gifts will not be issued for any cash value.

FAULTY GOODS Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply read our return policy and follow the steps listed. If a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase, please email info@thaleblanc.com and we will assist you further.
