SHIPPING

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $300 within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, which can be calculated at checkout. When placing your order, please select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.

We offer international shipping: however, the shipping cost at checkout is an estimate and the actual shipping cost may be higher. 

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your new THALÉ BLANC luxury designer handbag. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase. Shipping is complimentary on all returns within the United States. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in all original THALÉ BLANC packaging. 

If you are based outside the U.S., you will be responsible for return shipping, taxes and duties. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All items purchased on Sale or Pre-order are final and are not eligible for return.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Email clientservices@thaleblanc.comto receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, receive a return shipping label and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

  • Email clientservices@thaleblanc.com with the reason for your return.
  • By requesting a return, you are agreeing to our REFUNDS POLICY (below). You will then receive an email with your RA number and receipt.
  • We will issue you a RA number; please print and include in the box with your shipment.
  • We also will issue you a return shipping label. Please print and adhere to the outside of the box. 

All returns must be shipped from the same country from which they were purchased. Orders sent back from a different country may incur additional charges and may be delayed in customs. We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we cannot accept liability.

REFUNDS

Once Thalé Blanc receives the return, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your THALÉ BLANC account.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through THALÉ BLANC. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly, however this may not be available for all countries.

Please take care when trying items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition, tags and packaging included. Returns must include the dust bag and box (where applicable), as these are considered part of the product. Please return the item in the original packaging and box to prevent damage during shipping. If your bag includes any protective film, please only remove once you are certain that you wish to keep the item.

LATE RETURNS Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

PRE-ORDERS Since these items are special ordered for the customer, a refund can only be issued as store credit to your THALÉ BLANC account.

GIFTS To arrange a gift return, please email clientservices@thaleblanc.com and we will assist you further. Gifts are only eligible for store credit, for the original purchase amount, to your THALÉ BLANC account. Refunds for gifts will not be issued for any cash value.

FAULTY GOODS Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply read our return policy and follow the steps listed. If a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase, please email clientservices@thaleblanc.com and we will assist you further.
